Where do I send the FWAB for counting?

The FWAB should be returned to your local election office. The mailing address will automatically print on the instructions that come with the FWAB printout on our site. You can also look up the mailing address through the Election Official Directory.

Postal mail is always a safe option. You can look up all available transmission options in the State Voter Information Directory on this website.

For November General Elections, OVF and FedEx Express offer a special ballot return program called: Express Your Vote. If you send your FWAB through Express Your Vote, the address will be provided through the system. Express Your Vote runs starting mid September. During that time, you may visit: www.overseasvotefoundation.org/ExpressYourVote for more information. Voters in approximately 95 countries will be offered free or highly discounted services for ballot return. Ballot delivery is automatically confirmed.
