What if I moved? How do I change my overseas address?

To update your overseas address, or any other details about your voter registration, you should submit a new Voter Registration/Absentee Ballot Request form (also known as the Federal Post Card Application, or FPCA) with the updated information.

This same Voter Registration/Absentee Ballot Request form can be used to accomplish any of the following:

  1. Voter registration
  2. Absentee ballot request
  3. Address change
  4. Confirmation of your current address for your election official

You can generate the Voter Registration/Absentee Ballot Request form on our website. After downloading, printing, and signing the form, please submit it to your local election official in the U.S.

If you have moved or are moving back to the United States, please read the information under the question, "I'm back in the U.S., how do I register and vote?"
