The first thing you should do is contact your local election official to get details. Usually, you should be able to resolve the issue with their guidance. You can use the Election Official Directory on our website to find the contact information for your local election official. Simply input your state and region and click on the “Election Official Contact Details” tab to get started.
If you cannot resolve a denied registration issue, please contact our Voter Help Desk by clicking on the “Submit a question…” button in the bottom right corner of this screen (make sure to scroll to the bottom of the screen). Please provide us with as much detail as you can within your submitted question, and be sure to include your state’s name and your county’s (or city/town) name. It is important that you are as detailed as possible so that we can best fix the issue you are having. We will do our best to assist you within a 24 hour period.
