"Forgot Password" did not work for me – what should I do?
 

If the Forgot Password request did not work for you, please do the following:

  1. Check your junk email and spam folders - it could have gone there.

  2. If there’s nothing in your email, submit a request through this help desk to manually reset your password. A technician will personally assist you in approximately 24 hours. To submit a request, click the “Submit a question” button in the bottom right hand corner of this window and input your information into the form.
