I keep getting an error message – what should I do?
 

If you receive an error message, please contact our Voter Help Desk by clicking on the “Submit a question…” button in the bottom right corner of this screen (make sure to scroll to the bottom of the screen).

When submitting your report, please be sure to indicate the following information:

  • The type of computer and browser you are using.

  • If you input a state or region prior to the error message, the name of the U.S. state and/or region that you chose

  • Your telephone number and country / time zone so we can reach you if contact via email is insufficient.

  • Exactly what the error message says.

  • If you can attach a screenshot to your report, that would be very helpful!

Please provide us with as much detail as you can within your submitted question. It is important that you are as detailed as possible so that we can best fix the issue you are having. We will do our best to assist you within a 24 hour period.
